For Me, Bronson Positivity is More Than Just a Slogan

I have worked at Bronson for 25 years, with 15 of those years as an Information/Financial Analyst on the Bronson Sexual Assault Services team. Throughout my time at Bronson, I have had numerous opportunities to advance within the organization and my career. I am truly grateful for the exceptional leadership that has encouraged my professional growth and provided invaluable mentorship.

I cherish the people I have had the opportunity to work with and the relationships I've built. They have helped me grow both personally and professionally. Our team shows up day after day for the same reason: to advocate for and support survivors of sexual violence and their allies. Even on tough days, I know we are all in this together. There is always a coworker willing to listen and offer support, both for me and for our clients.

For me, Bronson Positivity is more than just a slogan. It means that I am given the resources and support to provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered care to survivors and their allies in our community.
