Kristy has gone above and beyond since day one

Kristy is an LPN at Bronson Gastroenterology Specialists in Portage. She is excellent not only when caring for our patients in regards to phone calls, triage, result notes and recommendations, but is also available to assist and train other new or established team members. She utilizes her team if new questions arise and is able to advocate for a patient when needed. She is organized, willing to learn new things and promotes positive team building.

Kristy has gone above and beyond for our office from the moment that she was hired. She is someone you can go for a question about any patient or any scope of our practice. She steps up when she is needed and fills in without hesitation when the office is short-staffed. She is extremely knowledgeable and always professional. Her kindness toward not only the patient’s but her fellow co-workers as well is something that every office should have and we are lucky to have her.
