Becky truly sets the standard for patient care

Becky in the Post-Op department at Bronson Battle Creek took such great care of me. She made sure I knew all my options and supported my decision when it was made. Becky was quick about getting me whatever I needed, she was very personal, very caring, and overall made my experience a very good one. She made a huge impact on the great level of care I received. She not only fulfills her job description, but goes above and beyond to ensure I had the best care and was as comfortable as I could possibly be. I’m not sure she ever left my side, and I felt her genuine care and concern for me. Becky truly sets the standard for patient care.
