Lisa was genuine in her empathy

Lisa R. in the South Haven ED was so maternal and comforting when I brought my daughter into the emergency department. I did not feel judged or dismissed. She was genuine in her empathy and consoled me during a very difficult time. I appreciate her more than she knows and Her hugs are the best!!!!
