Making a difference and bringing smiles

I feel very honored to work at Bronson Commons. I started as a CNA many years ago while working towards my RN license. I have worked in a few different departments throughout Bronson, but I am happy to be back home at BCOM, now with my bachelor's degree in nursing!

What I truly love about Bronson Commons is the connection made with patients, residents and their families. It is so unique and special. I have known some of the residents for years. I know their families, their extended families (some from other countries) and even their dog's names (who are lucky enough to come and visit us once in awhile). You just don't find that type of connection in many nursing roles.

I feel blessed each and every day, knowing that I made a difference and that I brought some smiles to faces. If you are considering Bronson Commons, I definitely recommend you check out the beautiful facility and find out for yourself why it is such a unique and special place.
