I Can't Thank The Staff Enough for their Care and Support
Once every month I receive an infusion at the Bronson Infusion Center. The whole process from checking takes about an hour and a half.
From the minute I walk into the center I am greeted by one, if not more, of the staff. The whole process of being assigned a room, having my blood pressure checked and health questions answered doesn't take long. For the time it takes to get all the preliminaries done, I am assigned to a room and prepped for the infusion. The team works together to gather information, take my blood pressure, do a blood draw and insert the needle for the infusion.
From the time I come into the unit to the time I leave, I am treated with respect and attention to my needs as a patient. More importantly, the friendly and caring attitude of all of the staff I have encountered over three years has been so important to me. I am there and I come back because it is the best treatment for me, but the professional care and the caring attitude of ALL the staff makes this life supporting treatment easier for me. I can't thank the staff, all the staff, enough for this caring and support.
