The Best Providers I've Seen in Any Type of Urgent Care

I want to thank the providers at Bronson FastCare - Gull Road and Bronson FastCare - West Main in Kalamazoo, Troy Green, PA-C, and Helen Richards, NP-C, because they listened to me and only had to take one look at me to figure out what I was dealing with.

Helen helped me in multiple ways. Not only did she help me figure out my ailment, but she helped ease my mind and anxiety around thinking it was from something worse than it really was. Troy has so much compassion for patients and had a nurturing aura as he came in the room - it helped ease my anxiety tremendously.

I have a lot of medical trauma and they both have helped me with healing some of that trauma by not only listening to me, but knowing their stuff and remembering what they were taught and having the compassion that's needed in the healthcare field. I have told a lot of people how awesome they are and have been recommending the locations since I've gotten the help I needed. I think both providers need some type of recognition because they are two of the best providers I've seen in any type of urgent care. Thank you so much.
