Her patients get the red-carpet treatment

Mary is a nurse in the Bronson South Haven Emergency Department. I have worked with Mary as long as she has been an RN here and have absolutely nothing but praise and admiration for her. Mary's bedside manner is exceptional.

She talks to her patients with the utmost care, respect, compassion, understanding and certainty. Every patient every time gets the red-carpet treatment from Mary, and she never lets any frustration or negativity show. She is extremely kind, well spoken, very intelligent, truthful, and while reporting off gives full reports without missing any important detail whether it be to the provider after triage, or another RN taking over Mary's patients.

If I ever were to be in need of treatment, I could only hope my nurse taking care of me would treat me and talk to me the way Mary does to her patients. Mary is a phenomenal asset to our team at BSH ED, and I am very thankful we have her!
