Our medical assistant, Mark, has been absolutely phenomenal with my daughter 

Mark R. has been absolutely phenomenal whenever my daughter is in the office to see her PCP. He always greets us with a smile and engages with her while taking vitals and asking questions about her symptoms. He has gone above and beyond multiple times in assisting me when the computer lost referrals and/or we had issues with Xrays. He is thorough, kind and professional and it is incredibly comforting to have a familiar face that we feel truly cares about our child when we come through the doors.
