Mia recently cared for my family member following major surgery, and her exceptional care left a lasting impression on all of us. Not only was she calm and accommodating with him, but she also provided exceptional support to my husband, who was understandably concerned seeing his dad in a post-anesthesia state for the first time. Mia embodied every quality we could hope for in a recovery nurse. She was engaging, quick to respond to every need, and proactive in anticipating each phase of his recovery. Every step of his care was explained clearly and compassionately, making it easier for family to understand the process. She also interacted positively with her team, always ready to jump in and assist whenever needed. What truly stood out was the immense pride Mia takes in her career. Her dedication, attention to detail, and proactive approach not only provided outstanding care but also set a shining example for her colleagues.
