Renee Lake, RN, was Very Upbeat and had a Great Attitude

I came to the Bronson Battle Creek Emergency Department & Level IV Trauma Center in May. When Renee Lake, RN, met me and my wife, she was very up beat and had a great attitude. Over the next several hours, she checked on us to make sure we were okay. She gave my wife a blanket because she noticed she was cold. This young lady was very professional to this Army veteran. I told her that there weren't enough words to say how much I appreciated how she treated me. I highly recommend her.
