My 15 year old daughter was in the ED and needed some labs drawn

My 15 year old daughter was in the ED and needed some labs drawn.  The phlebotomist Michael M. was great.  The blood draw went well and he also made her laugh the whole time and alleviated the stress that came along with the whole visit.
