My nurses were amazing

When I came in to delivery my baby at Bronson, Quinn and Emily were my nurses when I was on the L&D floor for an induction. It was an already nerve-wracking situation for me that turned very scary when I found out I needed a C-section. Quinn and Emily were both there to ease my nerves and make sure that I knew how strong I was for making a decision that would ultimately save my baby’s life. From prepping me for my C-section, to helping during the anesthesia process, to letting me know what was going on during, to recovery, they were both amazing! They continually kept me and my support people in the loop and remained positive which helped me remain positive.

Lauren H. in the NICU has been a real God sent in our NICU journey. Lauren stepped up to advocate for our little one when we were not able to ourselves. She also has talked to us and made sure that we have our questions and concerns written down so we don’t miss the opportunity to bring them up during rounds. When I come to the NICU for the day and Lauren is our little ones nurse, I know he is in good hands with someone who really cares for him and has his best interest at heart when we are not able to be there for him.
