Nancy, RN, is amazing at what she does

During my recent induction, I had the absolute pleasure of having Nancy H. as my nurse. This was my first time being induced and Nancy made sure that my husband and I were well informed of the process and what to expect as things progressed. She offered many ideas to help things progress, such as using the yoga ball, and made me aware of my pain relief options when I wasn’t quite ready for the epidural (heat packs, etc). She was warm, kind and so easy to chat with, which made the experience so comfortable for my husband and I. She was an exceptional support when labor got more intense and during the birth. She encouraged me, reassured me, and guided me through everything. It’s now three days later and I’m still thinking about what a wonderful experience I had because of Nancy.
