Every time I have Anna as my nurse, she knows just when it's time for my pain and nausea meds and comes in before I have to push my button. This also applies to my IV bags - she comes in to change them before the monitor goes off. She makes me feel so comfortable and related. She makes me feel like a family member, not just a patient. She's the best!
