Nurse Cathy is a gem!

Nurse Cathy on April 22 was an amazing nurse when I came in to the endoscopy/colonoscopy department in Kalamazoo. She was attentive and kind and thoughtful. She was professional. She made sure that we were comfortable at all times. She also made sure that we understood what was going on and what was going to happen and gave us wonderful peace of mind during my husband’s procedure as well as before and after.
