She made the experience feel as though my daughter was the only patient on the floor

I am writing this as a family member, but I am also an employee at Bronson. My daughter was recently admitted to labor and delivery for an induction. Every nurse, provider, and caregiver we encountered provided exceptional care for my daughter, but there was one nurse in labor and delivery that made a profound impact on our experience. Her name is Kathryn (Kat) M. She was energetic, caring, attentive, and comforting. She made the experience feel as though my daughter was the only patient on the floor, and she was devoted to her care, taking the time to answer questions to put her at ease by explaining what to expect, reassuring her that she was in control of the process, and she respected whatever decision she made along the way. She talked her through every procedure and her empathy as well as her ability to relate to the experience was so comforting. We were so blessed to have Kat as a nurse, but I am truly blessed to call her my coworker.
