I remember thinking they must love their jobs

On May 22nd, my dad, Pete Sandberg, was taken by ambulance to the Emergency Department ED at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. The first thing we noticed was how friendly and helpful everyone was. The emergency room was packed. Normally that causes more stress on the staff, but not so on that Monday afternoon. I remember thinking they must love their jobs! The professionalism and expediency was phenomenal! Dr. Kelsey and Acute Care Assistant Jasmine Bonney were very compassionate, so attentive and kind. I cannot give enough thanks to Dr. Kelsey, Jasmine, and the others who made our visit to ED with my dad so memorable with the care he received.
