Pelvic Floor Therapy Is Really Working
Having three kids and gone through Bronson for all of them – from my OB/GYN to the hospital, through therapies for my kids, and now myself – it's been so nice because every single person I interact with within the medical system has been kind and focused on what I need.
I see Lauren Omler for pelvic floor physical therapy and I get to work on myself. I get to have “me” time and the therapy is really working on me and my body.
All of the therapists are really wonderful here. Lauren takes a lot of time to assess where you are and where your muscles are so that she knows exactly what kind of targeted exercises you need to do. And the homework she gives me is really easy to build into my everyday life.
