Personable, kind and wonderful bedside manner

Shane was recently my nurse in the emergency department. He is a phenomenal nurse and helped me so much when I was having such a horrible day, having just sprained my ankle, gotten a massive concussion, and was having chest pains.

Shane got me everything that I needed, he stayed with me when I needed help, he came quickly when I needed him, he was nice to me and my mother, and I appreciate him and his help very much. He was genuinely concerned about me and how my concussion was going. He was very personable and kind and had a wonderful bedside manner. I hope that the next time I am in the ED, I will see him again as my nurse.
