Jeffrey in the inpatient phlebotomy department is the best

Jeffrey in the inpatient phlebotomy department is the best of the best! He drew my newborn’s blood in the hospital after delivery and the little one didn’t even fuss at all!! So gentle! I experienced it for myself a few days later with my own blood draw that Jeffrey took and I didn’t even feel a thing!
