Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness

I want to personally thank the team at the Bronson Methodist Hospital Emergency Room. I brought my husband in due to his high level of confusion. I had a general idea what might have been happening but couldn’t be sure. It was a scary situation, and the care team really extended a caring and kind hand.

Beginning with the technician, Noemi, who was extremely kind and gentle with my husband. She was so nice and lovely to talk with. Renee, his nurse, was also extremely attentive and showed great bedside manners (thank you). Seth, the PA, was wonderful! He took time to ask questions and waited patiently for my husband to respond, even when he wasn’t always clear on what he was saying.

In a world that is moving at 1,000 miles an hour, it’s nice to see that people still care about people! Please keep the SPIRIT of caring, it matters. Thank you 🙏
