She made me feel relaxed and comfortable

Bethany, my night nurse on the general surgery unit, has the personality that lightens the mood. Any anxiety I had was gone. She was lighthearted, made me smile and felt like an old friend. I never felt like I was a bother but more like she was happy to see me. I was blessed to have her 2 nights of my stay.
