Rhonda Went Above and Beyond

Rhonda was the pediatric triage nurse that helped guide us through a transition to our new relationship with an insurance provider. She went above and beyond to help us coordinate care between the company and the office to obtain our prescription, and ultimately helped coordinate a new prescription very quickly to a general pharmacy when the company failed. She kept a level head and inspired me to remain calm in a difficult situation. She is Bronson Positivity.
