I have recently found myself in an extremely stressful situation with my health insurance. After hours of calls with my Bronson offices & various office visits, I was beginning to despair. Then someone said, If anyone would be able to help you, it would be Sally. That is how I came to know Ms. Sally Wilkins.

After my first call with her, I literally, sat & cried, grateful for some meaningful guidance and answers. Since that first phone call, we have communicated by phone and email. Sally has gone out of her way to guide me to the documents to help me in my battle, answer questions, give clear & helpful information on the terminology needed, etc.. She was very kind to join me in my call with the Marketplace appeals center, and to support my case with professional evidence which, no doubt, greatly assisted in the speedy case resolution.

Not only was Ms. Wilkins extremely professional and knowledgeable, she was also very human. She listened and comforted when I was greatly distressed, she was very reassuring and kind in all of our interactions, she went beyond the call of duty to help me navigate through the different options that were before me.
