Sandrena Took The Time to Listen to Me as a Mom

I want to personally thank Sandrena Hall in the social work department at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital.

After a very scary day for my daughter, she took the time to listen to me as a mom and hear my concerns about my daughter. She kept calm, reassured me and was a very good listener. She was supposed to leave work at 7:30 p.m., but she was still coordinating services and helping me to get my daughter's vehicle taken care of at 8 p.m. You do not find people like this everywhere. She is made for this job.
