This is a Wonderful Addition to Our Community

My four-year-old daughter, Jane, was treated like family during our visit to Bronson Urgent Care in downtown Kalamazoo.

Michelle, RN, was attentive and invested in Jane's care. Jane left by telling her, “I wanna be just like you when I grow up!”

Dr. Jeremiah Ledesma was thorough, yet speedy knowing it was close to bedtime. He reassured me as a parent and gave wonderful advice on how to continue care.

I didn’t catch the name of the medical assistant or front desk staff, but everyone was welcoming and a pleasure to meet under the circumstances. This is a wonderful addition to our community! Thank you!
