Amy and Desiree Were Phenomenal

I needed labs done for my primary care provider who is outside of the Bronson system and she sent them to me to get through MyChart. I came to Bronson Lab - Gull Road, but the labs were difficult to read on my phone and needed to be printed, and technology wasn’t at its best and it printed blurry. Amy and Desiree were phenomenal in helping me get those labs in order, they even called someone else to ensure those labs were appropriately in the system and clear to read. Mind you, this was on a busy Saturday! And the whole time they were courteous and upbeat! They deserve a raise! Even the phlebotomist was great. It was just lab professionals week, so I hope they felt celebrated and appreciated! THANK YOU!
