I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Shannon. We have a mutual patient that was extremely anxious about receiving chemotherapy and was hesitant on her first day to consent to treatment without talking again to Dr. Keto. Shannon was very agreeable to conferring with the doctor and talking with the patient immediately. Shannon was instrumental in listening to the patient, answering her questions and helping develop a plan so the patient would feel comfortable proceeding with her first cycle of chemotherapy.
