I would like to thank the lab team at Bronson Methodist Hospital Outpatient Testing in Kalamazoo for their excellent service.

It usually makes me squeamish to get my blood drawn, but not today under the capable hands of Shannon Gunnett, phlebotomy lab trainer. She immediately put me at ease and was very knowledgeable at drawing blood. The whole staff deserves recognition for their incredible customer service. Thank you.
