She Makes Our Whole Team Stronger

Megan is a hard worker who gives terrific care to her patients. She works hard to learn as much as possible and continues to seek out learning opportunities. She is kind and compassionate and is becoming a wonderful ER nurse.

Megan pays great attention to detail and asks great questions.  She cares deeply about her patients and shows it through her attentiveness and compassion.  She makes the team here better and makes us better nurses by inspiring us to be introspective about our processes.
