A Skillful, Competent Nurse

Brooke, a PCA on the BLH ACU, is such a hard worker with a genuinely kind and gentle personality, which is reflected in the way she cares for patients and their families. She is a joy to work with and makes teamwork feel seamless when providing patient care alongside her as an RN.

I have also had the privilege of seeing her grow from orientation to now, and she has become skillful and competent so quickly, which is truly impressive.
