Veronica was knowledgeable, caring, and had a great sense of humor

I would like to say how impressed my husband and I were with the tools that Veronica Cool, Speech Language Pathologist gave to my husband for him to be able to speak above a whisper. She explained the anatomy of the vocal cords and muscles surrounding them. She gave us sheets to take home to practice the breathing and speaking techniques my husband was learning. Veronica was knowledgeable, caring, and had a great sense of humor as well as patience. Thank you to the front office staff at Bronson Rehabilitation for taking such good care of their patients.
