Sommer Took Amazing Care of My Mother

I wanted to publicly thank an angel - Sommer, a case manager at Bronson South Haven Hospital. Sommer took amazing care of my mother.

I knew my mother had cognitive problems, but she insisted that she was able to be on her own, so I had to respect that. My mother was eventually taken to Bronson South Haven Hospital after being found on the floor by neighbors. The first person who let me know the details of the situation was Sommer. She not only attended to my mom, but was amazing in getting resources and helping.
