Stephanie goes above and beyond to help our patients every day

I just wanted to let you know how blessed we are to have an employee like Stephanie Anderson. She goes above and beyond to help our patients every day.

Today she really went WAY beyond. I was scheduled to work this Saturday at the Bronson lab in Three Rivers with another lab tech who did not show up to work. I already had a few patients registered by the time I realized there was no one here in the draw room. I called the main hospital to see what was happening. They were not aware that coverage had not been provided, and were going to look into it.

In the meantime, I called Stephanie and woke her up. She agreed to come in and take care of our patients on her day off. She was here within 10 minutes of my call and saved the day for me and my patients who were waiting (and still coming in).

The downtown lab was able to send another phlebotomist to take over, but they did not arrive until more than an hour after we opened. My patients and I were thankful that Stephanie cares enough about us to have come in to help out.

She is a caring, compassionate, professional employee who I am proud to count as a co-worker and Bronson should be proud to have as an employee.

She truly exemplifies Bronson Positivity! 🙂
