We can’t wait to bring this opportunity to students again next summer!

Invited by KRESA and MiSTEM Network, Bronson had the exciting opportunity to participate in the Kalamazoo Growlers and Southwest Michigan STEM Network STEM Education Days on May 28, 29, and June 3 at Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo. The event offered around 5,000 students a chance to engage in hands-on activities from local businesses and organizations, all designed to inspire them to explore future careers in STEM.

Our young learners had a blast looking at hydra budding and other bacteria through a microscope, simulating the preparation of blood samples for lab testing, and putting their hand-cleaning skills to the test with our glow powder-covered germ plushies. Facilitated by Bronson staff from our Lab, Pharmacy and Center for Learning, our booth was a hit! We can’t wait to bring this opportunity to students again next summer!
