We have the most supportive management and team who champion our success.
In 2020, I returned to Bronson as a pediatric medical assistant at Bronson Primary Care Partners in Richland. Two years later, I had the opportunity to move into a Pediatric Clinic Coordinator position at the Bronson Primary Care Partners offices. Since starting in this new role, I’ve had the chance to learn and continuously grow my skills. In my new role, I get to help staff with rooming, point of care testing, reviewing schedules, checking stock and supplies and help with training. I look forward to coming to the office every day, knowing that each day has something new to offer. Bronson has a large support team and has provided me the opportunity to advance my career. At Bronson, we have the most supportive management and team who champion our success.
I’m thankful for the strong friendships I’ve made with my coworkers, lead staff and management. I love to watch pediatric patients grow and change over the time we provide them with care. I love watching the babies grow and become big brothers or sisters or head off to school/college.
I am proud to work for Bronson because they care about their employees. Four months into my role at Bronson, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My management and my team showed concern for my health while I had surgery and went through treatment. They were flexible with my scheduling, caring and compassionate towards me during such a stressful time.
I have a place to come every day where we provide the best care to our patients, a safe and positive workspace for each other and encourage each other to give our best every day.
