Bobbie was Extremely Gentle With my Mom

Bobbie Young was the care assistant when my mom was recently in the hospital. My mom has severe dementia and Bobbie was extremely gentle with my mom. She helped my mom to feel more comfortable. She would promptly respond when any of the alarms would go off and was very patient with my mom.
