She Made Me So Comfortable

I just wanted to say how comfortable and informed I felt today when Teresa O. was doing my mammogram. Not only did she explain what she was going to do before touching me, but she also explained why she did things a certain way. I’ve never had anyone give me an explanation of why when I’m getting a mammogram. Please tell her she is doing a wonderful job and that she made me so comfortable during the process.
