I Have to Give the Highest Praise to Terrell

I spent several hours in the surgery waiting room today and I have to give the highest praise to Terrell Hall who runs the visitor information desk. What a personal caring touch he provides families waiting for updates. He remembers everyone’s name from the first time he greets them and makes sure they understand the process and communications throughout the entire process. It is clear that he is well respected by the doctors and other staff at the hospital.

Please make sure he knows what a difference his attention, efficiency and sense of responsibility makes. I work in leadership at another Bronson location and I would be proud to have Terrell on my team.
