Thank you, Anthony, for your excellent tech support

Thank you, Anthony, for your excellent tech support last week.  Prior to my virtual annual physical with my PCP on January 20, I suddenly had a problem with the connection. Anthony answered the phone when I called for help. He calmly phoned my doctor's office, guided me through the steps, and stayed with me until all was clearly connected.

When I thanked him, he humbly replied, "That is why we are here".
