This team goes above and beyond the norm

I cannot thank Rachel from Labor & Delivery enough. She is amazing. Her bedside manner, her demeanor, her help and her not forgetting about us. Rachel made sure my wife was taken care of, including making sure she ordered her food (since we did not have a phone in our room). Rachel answered all our questions and made sure we knew what was going on and going to happen.

I can't remember everyone's name on 2nd shift but the whole 2nd shift team worked very well together as team! Everyone came in, played their part and left so efficiently after my wife's labor. Thank you all so much!

Also, shout out to Ann, Meagan from first shift, Kerry the midwife, and Flavia the lactation consultant. We would call Flavia "Fabulous"! Also, the whole 2nd shift team: we cannot thank you enough.
