My mother started having concerning symptoms so she got a same-day appointment with Issac Miller, NP at Bronson Family Medicine in Kalamazoo. He gave her a very good evaluation and ordered several tests and labs, and thankfully caught a serious condition so my mother could be treated. He was very patient and good at explaining things to my mother in terms she could understand. I am very thankful he took her symptoms so seriously.

My mother ended up being hospitalized at Bronson Methodist Hospital and the care from the emergency department to the general surgery unit was very good. Nurses Sue, Michelle, Bethany and Jillian all gave my mom excellent care and helped reassure me throughout my mom's hospitalization, too.
