I would really like a HUGE thank you to go out to Karen Penrod in the Battle Creek ED. She is truly amazing and cares so immensely for her patients. She treats them as if they are her own family, with such loving and tender care. She advocates for her patients. She's a great listener and you can tell she truly does care.
