Thank you, Lash & Amy!

I would like to thank Nurse Lash for the exceptional care provided during my stay on the neurocritical care unit at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Lash went above and beyond to ensure myself and my family were informed, attended to, and comfortable. From the moment of introduction, he took special care to ensure the room was orderly and everything needed was within reach. His routine checks were always very thorough and thoughtful. We really appreciated Lash’s kindness and attentive care. Thank you, Lash!

I would also like to thank Nurse Amy who was absolutely exceptional. Amy went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, my pain was managed, and surgical wounds attended to. She took an interest in learning about me and my family as well as my individual needs. She was communicative and educational with every part of my care. Amy is an incredibly talented individual, and I feel she’s one of the best of the best I have ever encountered in a health care setting. Thank you, Amy!

Lastly, thank you to Dr. Liu, you made us feel relaxed and important.
