From the moment Marcus walked into my father-in-law's pre-op room, I was immediately impressed by his calm and approachable demeanor. He took the time to thoroughly explain his role in the procedure, outlining each step he would take to ensure my father-in-law's safety. His confidence and kindness made an incredible impact. Before being wheeled into the operating room, my father-in-law was smiling ear to ear, completely at ease and confident in the surgical team that Marcus praised for him. Although no one looks forward to major surgery, Marcus made the experience as reassuring and comfortable as possible. His dedication to his work as a nurse was evident in the extra care and attention he provided. I am truly grateful for the impact he made on my family today.
