A "shout out" to everyone who works behind the scenes at Bronson. They're visible! Doctors and nurses can't do their jobs if the rooms are dirty and the floors are sticky. They can't make a diagnosis without the lab telling them when test results are questionable, the lab or phlebotomist reminding them that they need serum rather than whole blood, and the pharmacy double checking whether they mean .10mg rather than 10mg. And no one can do anything if the various administrative staff doesn't ensure they have the inventory they need. So Thank You to all the invisible people. No patients will walk out without you.
