Kailey F. in the cardiac ICU is a genuinely sweet, compassionate, warm and loving person. She has gone above and beyond for my mom in her last days, she is so comforting and reassuring and tends to her every want and need. She’s been absolutely great explaining things to us and keeping us updated about her condition; although it is a hard and unpleasant thing to talk about, she does it with such grace and unparalleled kindness and sympathy. Her presence in this time has been a god send, and we are so very thankful to have her helping my mom in her final days.
