The best staff caring for me!

I had the best staff during my stay on the Bronson Battle Creek 5th floor! From doctors to nurses and house keeping staff, they all did an amazing job. I came in pain and went home no pain. I rarely bugged them, but they came and checked on me often and made sure, of course, I had my meds and anything else if needed. I kept my door shut for the most part but if I really needed something outside of rounds, I would hit the nurses light and within a few minutes they were in there. With the doctors' approval I even got Rachel to take me outside in a wheelchair for about an hour! It felt great to breath fresh air. Thank you again for that.

My room had a good view so I could see my coworkers from where I work go by every so often. I'm an MTS driver for Lifecare- Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. We do a lot of discharges here at Bronson. Victoria, who I believe was my housekeeper, did and excellent job keeping my room clean. She told me if I wanted clean linens every day I was staying, to let nurses know and they would put it in on the couch for her to change when she arrived to my room.

All around, every staff member I had contact with was very happy, uplifting and pleasant to be around. And I get that is hard to do sometimes especially in this line of work... but even if they had just come from a bad experience in another room, I would've never known that. I had a great and happy time while in their care!
