The doctors and nurses listened carefully to my concerns and were very attentive
I spent a month at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital last fall with COVID-19. Overall, my experience there was really good. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and well-versed in the care that I needed. The doctors and nurses listened carefully to my concerns and were very attentive. They also kept my wife abreast of my condition and their treatment plans.
As a member of the black community, I had a lot of reservations going into the hospital. I was concerned I wouldn't get the quality of care I needed. I am pleased to share that I received really good care. I would recommend Bronson Battle Creek Hospital!
I was especially impressed with my doctor at the hospital who clearly explained the goals I needed to reach before going home. We worked together toward those goals and my transition home was very smooth. As I've recovered, I've continued to receive care from Bronson providers and am very pleased with the service and care.
